Trial and cancellation

An eligible new host account receives one 30-day free trial when paid subscriptions open. Checkout shows the first-charge date, recurring price and applicable taxes before you subscribe. Cancel through the Paddle customer portal linked in JustStay account settings before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. A trial is not restarted when you resubscribe.

First-charge refund

You may request a refund of the entire first paid subscription charge within 14 calendar days after it is made. This includes an additional-page amount if it is part of that first charge. Email hello@juststay.today with the host account email and Paddle transaction reference; do not send card details or passwords. We will arrange the refund through Paddle to the original payment method. This voluntary offer does not automatically extend to later renewals or separate later charges for additional pages. Any mandatory withdrawal, refund or cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Future charges and guest payments

Cancelling stops future subscription renewals as shown in the Paddle customer portal. A refund request does not itself cancel your subscription; cancel in the portal too if you do not want another charge. Guest accommodation payments and refunds are between the guest and host under the host's stated booking terms and are outside this JustStay subscription policy.
