Frequently asked questions
Do I need to leave Airbnb or Booking.com?
No. Keep your existing listings and add a direct channel for guests you reach through your own website, social profiles or property QR code. Your JustStay page puts photos, availability and contact details in one place, so you spend less time sending the same information.
How does calendar sync work?
Add the private iCal export link from Airbnb or Booking.com, then add your JustStay calendar back to that platform. Sync is periodic, not instant. It updates blocked dates, not prices or messages. Check your platform calendars before confirming a stay.
Does JustStay collect guest payments?
No. You arrange payment directly with the guest. If you use booking requests, you can share payment instructions and record payments you have checked yourself. JustStay does not process or verify bank payments.
What happens after the free month?
After your first 30 free days, your subscription renews automatically at €39/month for up to 10 property pages, plus €9/month for each additional published page and applicable taxes. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge.
Can I cancel during the free trial?
Yes. Cancel your subscription in billing settings before the 30-day trial ends to avoid the first paid charge. You can also cancel later to stop the next renewal; your current access continues until the end of the billing period.
